Thrust ball bearings consist of two precision chrome steel washers (ring) and a ball complement spaced by bronze retainer. The bearings are separable so that mounting is simple as the washers and the ball and cage assembly can be mounted separately. Single direction thrust ball bearings, can accommodate axial loads in one direction and thus locate a shaft axially in one direction. They must not be subject to any radial load. Double direction thrust ball bearings can accommodate axial loads acting in both directions and can thus serve to axially locate a shaft in both directions.
Thrust ball bearings used for the machine element with lower speed in a single side of axial load, such as the crane hook, immediate centrifuge, speed reducers, low precision firm equipment etc.
We keep ready stock of wide range of Thrust Ball Bearings of leading bearing brands to facilitate our customers meet their diverse requirements.
